Bed Bugs
After experiencing one of the most traumatic events of my life, Carlos eliminated my worst nightmare. I had 2 residences that were infested and after the second treatment, I no longer could detect any bed bug activity. I still find myself obsessing with uncovering any signs of activity, but come away with no results. It has been 5 days after my third and final treatment and am finally feeling relief from a very stressful period in my life. Outstanding in their work and professionalism and performed beyond my expectations. As long as I had prepared for their treatment they assured me of positive results and delivered above and beyond my expectations. Sting Pest Control is the best! My husband and I just moved into a new house in the country and had a spider issue. We called Sting and making an appointment was easy and flexible with my schedule. The owner is very professional and super nice! Great prices too!!

I noticed an issue in my kitchen this morning and spoke to the owner Carlos and he was very informative and recommended a few things to do to get rid of the problem and if it persists to then call back and someone will come to my home. I felt that he was very honest and thorough and I appreciated him taking the time to explain what the possible situation could be. Very honest and trustworthy business and people.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate this company. We had wasps in our house which I am allergic to and I have 2 small children! Sting has the friendliest staff from Reception to book an appointment and who came out to our house THAT DAY! I was treated so kindly and You can feel they really do care you aren't just another number. I had been blown off by a larger company (terminax I dont reccomend) who said they would come but never showed. Sting came out the same day within hours of my call and took care of the problem, and also comforted me as well. 10/10 recommend this company! They truly care, and get the job done! Great customer service and excellent quality. After the first two rounds of treatment, our indoor spider problem was gone! Even the amount spiders we had typically seen around the backyard were much lower after treatment.

Within 2 days of my first call, they were here. Had an ant problem n they sprayed everywhere. Also went outside looking for bee's nests. Would def recommend them!

Carlos came last year and I signed up for quarterly service. Worth every penny. I live in the woods and we usually have so many spiders, camel crickets, stink bugs and tons of ants in my house. We've had absolutely nothing since they've been here. I haven't even found a single black spider in my bedroom and I usually find several every year. They also spray the entire outside for me and if at any point in between your service you feel like there's an issue they'll come out for free. Incredibly friendly and thanks to them going into my basement they discovered that my well pump was leaking flooding my basement and I had no idea!

What can I say. Carlos is the best! Called and he came over immediately for a yellow jacket problem that had invaded into a bedroom. Problem solved! You cannot ask for a nicer person. Do not hesitate to contact him, you won't regret it.

I had a nasty hornet nest hanging from a tree right next to my front porch. I called Carlos from sting operation pest control on a Sunday afternoon and within the hour he was over to get rid of my problem. I highly recommend these guys to everyone.

Feeling compelled to leave a review because reaching out to Carlos and working with him was so worth it and appreciated. I had been dealing with yellow jackets in my place for 2 whole weeks..landlord tried to rid of them but failed..and my son and I had to deal with it...to say the least. To me, this was no easy task..nest wasnt in plain sight and of course being a witness to the yellow jackets invading my space large groups at a time..with failed attempts to remove em..just left me discouraged. Carlos was informative, punctual, professional with the right balance of plain ol' "human" lol and just knew what he was doing and talking about, also very empathetic. My first time reaching out to a pests control company and it did not feel like an intimidating process..mainly because first call was STING OPERATION PEST CONTROL and it panned out well. Really appreciative, my son and I can now live peacefully in our lil place (some of this sounds cliche but I am just telling it how I see fit)..thank you!!

Finally a company that cares about their customers and reputation! A lot of people claim high customer service as their top priority but fall short of expectations. Sting Operation isn't one of those companies. The owner, Carlos, is a pleasure to work with and was very informative. He explained what he was going to do and shared many pointers with me to reduce problems in the future. His work ethic is fantastic and there wasn't an inch untreated. In a previous job I was responsible for the oversight of a national chain pest control company who was on contract with us. You can't even compare the level of thoroughness between the two; Sting is the way to go!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Unbeknownst to us, our family was dealing with a nest in our attic which was resting on the ceiling in one of the kitchen corners. After yellow jackets made their way through the drywall we had them swarming all over. Entered "bee removal" on PC and this company popped up on screen. I was somewhat frantic with Amanda on the telephone indicating that I needed someone YESTERDAY. Calm and collected, Amanda gathered some information from me and informed me that she would call me back immediately to give me an estimated time of arrival after checking with the work crew. Less than five minutes later she called me back and indicated that an employee would be arriving as soon as possible. In less than one hour Carlos arrived and explained the procedures to be conducted. Again, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! He took care of the problem coupled with educating my family and I. Very compassionate, understood our dilemma and put us at ease. I was out of their service area but no one informed me. They just wanted to "help" more than anything else. The inexpensive price caused me to believe that for some reason we were probably given a price break. This epic review being said, I subsequently learn that Carlos was the actual owner of the company. What a professional!!!!! Courteous, kind and thoughtful in helping us get through this ordeal. Sting operation was not only affordable but so nice, understanding and they did an awesome job of getting rid of our problem. Not only did they return twice after the initial visit to make sure our problem was solve but the last appointment we had I completely forgot and called Carlos almost a week later he said "things happen don't worry..and I will be more than glad to put in right away". Carlos came to my house to determine if I had bed bugs. I put in for a exterminator on thumbtack and Carlos got back to me within the hour. He was very prompt in coming up to my house and he was very knowledgable in answering all my questions. He offered to do a free inspection for bed bugs and he recommended that I not get the treatment unless we actually found bed bugs. He did not push his services unless they were truly needed. When no bed bugs were found he offered to come back at another point for another free inspection. I found Carlos prompt, reliable, knowledgable and very honest. I would def use his services again and recommend him to anyone.

Although Carlos and Javier of Operation Sting have only completed the initial treatment in my elderly parents' home located in the inner section of Allentown, their professionalism and care for their clients far exceeds our expectations of a job being done and well. Their hearts are in their work.

One stop and my bee problem was gone!

Carlos exemplifies professionalism in every way. I requested a quote from him and received it within 30 minutes of the quote. I called him the next day regarding a pest concern that I had. Seeing that I was very concerned, Carlos came out that day for an appointment. He showed up early and was extremely courtesy. He took the time to go through my house and gave me honest feedback. Carlos is very knowledgeable and did not rush to get through this appointment. He left me with a good comfort level and I am very glad that I had the opportunity to work with Sting Operation. I'm in the process of selling my house. During two showings, a realtor noted in her feedback, that she had seen dead bees in the basement, and she also saw a small hole from which many bees were flying in and out. I went online and found Carlos and his Sting Operation through Thumbtack. What a find!! He came the same afternoon that I called, and he went right to work investigating what the bees were (turned out to be what he called an "impressive nest" with possibly 300-400 yellow jackets). He sprayed both outside and in my basement. Not only did he do an excellent job with this extermination, when I called and asked if he could come out and check the situation three days later and assist me in removing some light box covers, where they had been flying and had died, he did so readily. He was very thorough and takes pride in a job well done. I recommend him very highly!

I found myself with 2 big yellow jacket nests, a wasps nest and a whole lot of stinging insects flying around my front yard, walkway and driveway. I got in touch with Carlos, told him my situation and that I was allergic to yellow jackets and wasps and he fit me in immediately! Very prompt and friendly service.
